Summer is winding down. Here we are in the last quarter of 2009, only 3 months away from proclaiming our resolutions for 2010. This fact triggers me to reflect on my '09 resolutions and I must admit I have not stuck to them. I went with the fairly common choice of being more active - more specifically a daily yoga routine. The daily part fizzled out by mid February and by March it was like "what's yoga?"
So here's a little visual inspiration for any of you feeling like me. Maybe these reminders will get those of us who need it on track before the end of the year so we can walk, run, or cycle into 2010 ready to pick new resolutions!
